I would leave zero stars if I could. I pre-ordered two op17 cases and paid on August 4th for an August 28th release. UPS tracking shows the parcel was never handed over to them after September 6th, and the order never arrived.
After contacting customer support over ten times without a single reply, I have filed a chargeback with my bank. Process my refund immediately.
